# Costa Rican physical person ID number (cédula de identidad) (`cr_cpf`)

Cédula de Persona Física, also called cédula de identidad, the identity number of people in Costa Rica. It has ten digits in the form 0P-TTTT-AAAA: the province, the volume (tomo) and the entry (asiento) in the civil register. The leading zeros of each part are often left out.
