Cédula de Residencia, also called DIMEX (Documento de Identificación Migratorio para Extranjeros), the identifier of foreigners in Costa Rica. It has 11 or 12 digits: 1, a 3-digit code of the country of origin, then a sequence over all issued numbers and a sequence per country.
