# EPSG coordinate reference system code (`epsg_code`)

Identifier of a coordinate reference system (CRS) in the EPSG Geodetic Parameter Dataset. The regexp covers the forms that name the authority: EPSG:4326, used by PROJ and many GIS tools, the OGC URN urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG::4326 and the OGC URI http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/EPSG/0/4326. The code itself is a number of four or five digits, and Wikidata stores only that number; a bare number is not covered because it looks like any other number.
