The prefixes are 00000001 RSIN, 00000002 Fi-nummer, 00000003 KVK number (preferred for new OINs), 00000004 sub-OIN, 00000006 main number issued by Logius, 00000007 BRIN, 00000008 foreign organisation, 00000009 UZI, 00000010 TRR-BD of the tax service, and 00000099 test OINs.",
