# Romanian trade register number (ONRC) (`ro_onrc`)

Registration number in the Romanian Trade Register (Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului). The old form is a letter for the kind of entity, a county code, a serial number and the registration year, separated by slashes. Since July 2024 a 14-character form without slashes is used: the letter, the year, a serial number, the county code and a check digit.
