# Russian license number in the Unified Register of Licenses (ЕРУЛ) (`ru_license_erul`)

Registration number of a license in the Russian Unified Register of Licenses (ЕРУЛ), in the format "ЛNNN-NNNNN-NN/NNNNNNNN". Used by different licensing authorities, for example for private security and for technical protection of confidential information. In the licence registers on the Moscow open data portal (data.mos.ru) the first group depends on the licensed activity (Л035 education, Л041 medical, Л042 pharmaceutical, Л017 narcotic drugs, Л028 scrap metal) and the second group on the licensing authority. Some of these datasets write the separators as en dashes, which the regexp also accepts.
