Number of a license for medical or pharmaceutical activity in the format "ЛО-NN-NN-NNNNNN", issued before the Unified Register of Licenses (ЕРУЛ) numbering. In the license registers published on data.gov.ru the first two digits match the region code of the licensing authority (34 for Volgograd region, 66 for Sverdlovsk region); the second group is 01 in medical activity registers and 02 in pharmaceutical activity registers.
