РНОКПП (реєстраційний номер облікової картки платника податків), the ten-digit number of an individual taxpayer in the State Register of Individuals of Ukraine (ДРФО). A person keeps it for life; it appears in the plastic passport, the birth certificate and the Diia app. The last digit is a check digit.
