  "doc": "Code of a standardised INN position (SMNN) in ESKLP, the reference catalogue of medicines of the Russian Ministry of Health. An SMNN groups medicines with the same international nonproprietary name, dosage form and dose. The code is the OKPD2 product code followed by groups of 6, 1, 5 and 13 digits, and the last group is always 13 zeros. The medicine positions of the procurement catalogue (KTRU) seen so far carry the same code as their SMNN.",
