Local identifier of a concept in AGROVOC, the multilingual agriculture thesaurus of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Older concepts use c_ and a decimal number, newer ones c_ and eight lowercase hexadecimal characters. Appended to http://aims.fao.org/aos/agrovoc/ it gives the concept URI.
