Identifier of a research funder in the Open Funder Registry of Crossref, which publishers use to record who funded the work they publish. The full identifier is a DOI with the prefix 10.13039, such as 10.13039/501100000780 for the European Commission; the ID is its suffix, nine digits starting with 100 or twelve digits starting with 501. Wikidata property P3153 stores the suffix.
