Code of a river basin district, the management unit of the Water Framework Directive, as a Member State reports it to the European Environment Agency (WISE). It is the two-letter country code (EL for Greece) followed by the national code of the district, in the same EU code format as water body codes, for example DE5000 or BESEINE_RW. Codes are short and look like other WISE codes, so recognize them with column context.
