# European Union trade mark (EUTM) number (`eu_trademark_number`)

Number of a European Union trade mark at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). The same number serves as application and registration number. It has a fixed nine digits, an eight-digit serial number and a check digit, and leading zeros are kept. The WIPO ST.13 form adds the office code EM and a type code in front.
