Two-digit code of a wellbeing services county (hyvinvointialue / välfärdsområde), the regional units that run health, social and rescue services in Finland since 2023, in the classification of Statistics Finland: 01 to 21 for the counties, 90 for the City of Helsinki, which organizes these services itself, and 91 for Åland.
