Code of an arrondissement, the subdivision of a French department, in the INSEE Official Geographic Code (COG) - the department code followed by one digit, 3 characters in metropolitan France and 4 in overseas departments. Municipal arrondissements of Paris, Lyon and Marseille have commune-like codes (fr_arrondissement_municipal_code).
