Code of one of the 577 constituencies that elect the National Assembly - the department code followed by a two-digit number, as in the official election results of the Ministry of the Interior. That file writes department codes without a leading zero (101 for Ain 1re); other publishers pad them (0101). ZX is used for Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy and ZZ for French citizens abroad.
