Value of the wheelchair_boarding field of a GTFS stops.txt file: 0 or empty when there is no accessibility information, 1 when some vehicles at the stop can be boarded by a rider in a wheelchair (or, for a station entrance, when there is an accessible path), 2 when they cannot. The field name is the evidence; the values alone are any small numbers.
