# ISO paper size (A, B and C series) (`iso_paper_size`)

Name of a paper size of ISO 216: the letter of the series and a number from 0 to 10. A0 has an area of one square metre and sides in the ratio of the square root of 2 to 1; each next number halves the area, so A4 is 210 x 297 mm. B sizes lie between neighbouring A sizes, and C sizes, used for envelopes, lie between the A and B sizes of the same number. Printing, office supply and procurement data name paper, print and poster formats this way. North American sizes such as Letter are not covered, and the Cyrillic letter А, often typed in Russian data, is not accepted.
