# Italian IBAN (`it_iban`)

International Bank Account Number of a bank account in Italy: 27 characters, IT, two IBAN check digits and the 23-character national account number (BBAN). The BBAN is the CIN check letter, the 5-digit ABI code of the bank (it_abi), the 5-digit CAB code of the branch (it_cab) and a 12-character account number padded with leading zeros. It is printed in groups of four, as in IT60 X054 2811 1010 0000 0123 456. San Marino uses the same structure with SM.
