Codice meccanografico, the 10-character code by which the Italian Ministry of Education and Merit identifies a school or a school institution, as in its Cerca la tua scuola search. The first two letters are the abbreviation of the province, as BL (Belluno) in BLMM816023. Wikidata stores it as P5114, and the regexp is its format constraint.
