Ten-digit code of an administrative unit of South Korea as kept by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (행정기관코드, administrative agency code). The first two digits are the province or metropolitan city, the next three the city, county or district, and the next three the eup, myeon or administrative dong; statistics by dong use it as the key.
