Grade of the Nutri-Score front-of-pack nutrition label, developed by Santé publique France and used voluntarily in France since 2017 and in several other European countries. The five grades run from A (dark green, best nutritional quality) to E (dark orange). Open Food Facts stores it in lower case in the nutriscore_grade field; without such context a single letter is ambiguous.
