Class of a cryptographic tool for electronic signatures or of a certification authority tool, set by the requirements of FSB of Russia order No. 796 of 27.12.2011: КС1, КС2, КС3, КВ1, КВ2 and КА1. The register of accredited certification authorities states the class of each hardware and software complex of a CA. FSB order No. 795 gives the classes object identifiers 1.2.643.100.113.1 to 1.2.643.100.113.6 in the certificatePolicies extension of a qualified certificate; a certificate of class КС2 lists both the КС1 and the КС2 identifiers. The letters are Cyrillic.
