Code of a position in ESKLP, the unified structured reference catalogue of medicines of the Russian Ministry of Health, used in public procurement of medicines. The code starts with the OKPD2 product code of the medicine, followed by groups of 6, 1, 5 and 13 digits separated by hyphens, for example 21.20.10.193-000012-1-00002-2000000301228. A code of a standardised INN position (SMNN) ends with 13 zeros; a code of a catalogue position of a medicine (KLP) shares the first parts with its SMNN and ends with non-zero digits. Use this type when a column mixes both kinds of codes.
