# INN of a Russian organization padded to 12 digits (`ru_inn_le_padded`)

The 10-digit INN of an organization written as 12 digits with two leading zeros, for example 007707083893. Qualified electronic signature certificates used this form in the 12-digit INN attribute (OID 1.2.643.3.131.1.1) before the requirements added a separate 10-digit attribute for organizations, INNLE (OID 1.2.643.100.4). Such certificates, and the portals and exports built from them, keep the form. A real 12-digit INN of a person never starts with 00, and the padded value fails its check digits: the check runs on the last 10 digits.
