Seven-digit code of a standard form in the All-Russian classifier of management documentation (OKUD, OK 011-93), such as a payment order or a budget report. The classifier tables give a check digit in a separate column; legal acts and reports cite the code without it, for example форма по ОКУД 0503317. Any seven-digit number has this form, so the type is recognized by the field name or by the words форма по ОКУД next to the value.
