Identifier of one OTC derivatives transaction in reports to trade repositories, defined by ISO 23897 and the CPMI-IOSCO technical guidance. It has up to 52 uppercase letters and digits without separators - the 20-character LEI of the entity that generated it, then up to 32 characters that this entity keeps unique. The UTI has no check digit of its own; only its LEI part has one. Identifiers made before the guidance may have another structure.
