Number of a power plant in the electricity surveys of the US Energy Information Administration, such as Form EIA-860 and EIA-923. It has one to five digits without leading zeros. EPA's Clean Air Markets Division uses the same number as the ORIS code, but it also gives its own six-digit codes (such as 880004) to some facilities, and those are not EIA plant ids. The Global Power Plant Database builds its US ids from it (USA0006008 for plant 6008). A bare small number; recognize it only with column context.
