Five-digit index number of a land meteorological station in SYNOP and other WMO code forms: a 2-digit block number for a country or region followed by a 3-digit station number. Leading zeros are significant. WMO publishes the list in WMO-No. 9, Volume A. Numbers that repeat one figure five times or end in 000 or 999 are not assigned; the regexp does not exclude them, so it is weak without column context.
