GS1 identification key for a coupon offer, used on paper and digital coupons. Thirteen digits (a GS1 Company Prefix, a coupon reference and a GS1 check digit) may be followed by a serial component of up to 12 digits that identifies one issued coupon. In barcodes it is carried by Application Identifier (255); the element string is the pattern gs1_ai_255.
