Datatypes

IP network prefix (IPv4 or IPv6 subnet)

ID ipsubnet

DatatypePersonal data (PII)identifier

Block of IPv4 or IPv6 addresses in CIDR notation: an address, a slash and the length of the prefix in bits, as in 192.0.2.0/24 or 2001:db8::/32 (RFC 4632, RFC 4291). Routing tables, firewall rules, WHOIS records and IP geolocation data use it. Use this record for columns that mix both versions; ipv4subnet and ipv6subnet describe each form. The regexp does not require the host bits to be zero, so the interface notation 192.0.2.1/24 also matches.
