ISO 15706 identifier of audiovisual works, such as films and episodes. It is hexadecimal: a 12-digit root and a 4-digit episode or part, an optional check character, then optionally an 8-digit version and a second check character. The check characters use ISO 7064 mod 37,36. Wikidata sometimes stores only the 12-digit root, such as 0000-0005-9DBA; the regexp does not accept it.
