Level of education in the International Standard Classification of Education 2011 (ISCED 2011) of UNESCO: 0 early childhood education, 1 primary, 2 lower secondary, 3 upper secondary, 4 post-secondary non-tertiary, 5 short-cycle tertiary, 6 bachelor's or equivalent, 7 master's or equivalent and 8 doctoral or equivalent. It replaced ISCED 1997, which had seven levels. The regexp covers the one-digit level only, so it matches any digit from 0 to 8.
