Code of a field in the ISCED Fields of Education and Training 2013 (ISCED-F 2013) of UNESCO, the companion of ISCED 2011. Broad fields have two digits (00 to 10, and 99 for an unknown field), narrow fields three and detailed fields four, and each code begins with the code of the field above it. A detailed code ending in 0 means not further defined and one ending in 9 not elsewhere classified; narrow fields ending in 8 hold interdisciplinary programmes.
