OpenPGP public key (certificate) in ASCII armor: Radix-64 text between -----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK----- and -----END PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK----- (RFC 9580, section 6.2), as exported by gpg --armor --export and published on key servers. It holds no secret material; for the secret key see pgp_private_key_block.
