Numeric identifier of a place, an organization or an event in the Unified Information Space in the Sphere of Culture (ЕИПСК). The open data of the Russian Ministry of Culture about theatres, museums, libraries, cinemas and other institutions uses these identifiers, and place records link to their pages on culture.ru. Places and organizations are numbered separately, so the same number may denote different objects. The identifiers are positive integers; in the open data of the Ministry they have up to five digits. Many other identifiers look the same, so the field name matters more than the value.
