ID tel_uri

Pattern of phonePersonal data (PII)Draft

This record is a draft: it has not been reviewed yet and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it for compliance decisions. Help improve it (see CONTRIBUTING.md).

Telephone number written as a URI of the tel scheme (RFC 3966), as in HTML links, vCards and SIP messages. A global number starts with a plus sign and may contain hyphens, dots and parentheses as visual separators; a local number needs a phone-context parameter. Other parameters, such as ext for an extension, follow after semicolons.
