Position in a video or audio recording as hours, minutes, seconds and frames (HH:MM:SS:FF), as defined by the SMPTE 12M standard and used in editing, subtitles and broadcast logs. Drop-frame timecode, used with 29.97 frames per second, puts a semicolon before the frames, as in 01:00:03;18. The highest frame number depends on the frame rate, so the regexp accepts 00 to 59.
